Amitabh Bachchan Notifies Fans of Possible Absence from Sunday Meet-and-Greet due to Work Commitments

Megastar Amitabh Bachchan, known for his consistent presence in front of his residence Jalsa in Juhu for almost 40 years to meet his admirers every Sunday, recently informed his fans about the possibility of his absence due to work commitments. The 80-year-old actor is currently shooting for the movie Section 84, directed by Ribhu Dasgupta of Te3n and The Girl On The Train fame.
In a blog post shared on Saturday night, the cinema icon stated that he might not be able to make it to the Sunday meet-and-greet due to work on location, which can only be given permission for on a Sunday. He further mentioned his attempt to return home for the meet at 5:45 pm but cautioned his fans about the likelihood of a delay or non-appearance. Bachchan, who is known for his punctuality and love for his fans, makes sure to notify his admirers of any changes in his schedule beforehand.
The veteran star recently made headlines for his upcoming sci-fi movie Project K, directed by Nag Ashwin, which co-stars Prabhas and Deepika Padukone. However, Bachchan had to take a break from the movie after getting injured while shooting for an action sequence in early March. Nevertheless, he resumed work later that month, much to the delight of his fans.
